Alignment CFO LLC (“Alignment CFO,” “we,” “us”) provides fractional CFO, accounting, and revenue cycle management services to independent physician groups. This policy explains how we handle information collected through alignmentcfo.com.

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, practice name, and details you submit through our contact form, booking calendar, or Cash Flow Health Check. We also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, provide and improve our services, and communicate with you about Alignment CFO. We do not sell your personal information.
Healthcare data and HIPAA
Alignment CFO works inside our clients’ existing EMR and practice-management systems. When an engagement involves protected health information (PHI), we handle it under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and in accordance with HIPAA and, where applicable, 42 CFR Part 2. We do not collect PHI through this website; please do not submit patient information through our web forms.
How we share information
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate (for example, our scheduling and CRM platform and our website host), and when required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
Third-party tools
Our site uses GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for scheduling and forms and is hosted on WordPress.com. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
